We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To provide flexibility while maintaining fairness, our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Full Refund
Customers who cancel at least 1 hour prior to their scheduled drop-off time will receive a full refund of their booking cost.
2. Partial Refund
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled drop-off time will incur a fee of 50% of the booking cost. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
3. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to cancel and does not arrive at the scheduled drop-off time, no refund will be issued.
