Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to one hour before your scheduled pickup/drop-off time. If you need to extend your reservation, a $5 fee applies. Please review our booking policies for complete details on changes or cancellations.
If you’re running late, please contact our customer support team at 615-239-5877 to arrange extended storage. Additional storage fees are $5 for 1–2 hours or $10 for overnight storage past 6 PM.
